This past Tuesday, my husband and I went on our date to see the nutcracker.
Me in my reward dress!:It was such a fun night with my husband. After the nutcracker, we walked around Denver, and went out to a fancy dinner. I felt beautiful and girly in my dress. Joe kept complimenting me the entire night, and congratulating me on my weight loss. I was on cloud 9, and I felt so proud of myself!

Monday was supposed to be the end of cycle 1, and the beginning of cycle 2. Here's my final weigh-in for cycle 1:
(my starting weight was 190.4) On the 1st cycle, I lost 14.4 pounds!
Since Monday, I haven't been doing so good.
Monday I was busy, busy, busy, and didn't make time to eat. I didn't eat until 9pm! I was starving, and too tired to cook, so I had a burrito. Tuesday was our date night, and I just wanted to enjoy myself at the restaurant, and not eat yet another salad. I felt content with that decision. One fancy dinner wasn't going to kill me, or undo everything I accomplished on the 1st cycle. But of course that thought process spilled over into today. Today I've eaten 3 cookies.
UGH!
So now I'm trying to figure out what to do from here:
Continue on with the 2nd cycle, even though I haven't been doing well, and have gained back 2lbs?
Or go back to the 1st cycle for a few days to undo my bad behavior, and then start the 2nd cycle fresh?
Why did this have to go and get complicated? I was doing so well...

I'd do cycle 2 where you can have some whole grains and beans and if you see that isn't working, go strict again on cycle 1. I's not worry too much about Christmas eve or day..maybe pick one to eat something sweet and worth the calories!
You look great! Love your dress! You're really doing incredible with the all the treats that are around, you should be so proud of yourself! Don't sweat the little slip-up, I know you'll get right back on track! :)
You are an I are a lot a like. When doing something like this - I like it perfect! But truth be told - we aren't perfect... yet! ;) So go easy on yourself, because if we push too hard for perfection, then we end up going off the deep end! Just hold on to how you felt that night in your BEAUTIFUL dress, and push forward! You can totally do this!
I love that dress on you! Very pretty.
I'd stay on Cycle 2 and try to add a bit more cardio in, if you can. I have a feeling that because Cycle 1 was so restrictive, as soon as you were able to "eat real food," your body reacted. Stay on Cycle 2 and if you do overindulge (as we all do at this time of year), just take an extra long walk drink a few extra glasses of water and start right back up from where you left off.
You CAN do this. 14.4 lbs is great, and 12.4 is still darn good!!
What an awesome loss Brit! My book came in yesterday and I have been reading like crazy!!!
14.4 pounds is amazing.
Long story short, it doesn't matter which phase you do if you don't get the healthy eating back where you want/need it to be for you to be successful. I would say worry about that first, and then pick the phase that you think best fits where you are right now!
Wao this is so awesome. You are looking beautiful and pretty. I wonder that you lose 120 pound weight. It is great achievement.
